Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks
Statewide Facility Condition InventoryGreat West Engineering was retained by the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, & Parks to inventory the infrastructure condition at 31 state owned and maintained park facilities. The sites were located throughout the State of Montana and necessitated extensive planning and logistics in order to develop efficient routes that minimized project costs while allowing sufficient times to assess all infrastructure at each park. At the minimum, the Facility Condition Inventory (FCI) process for each site evaluated buildings, water supply and distribution, sewer collection and treatment, electrical service, roads, bridges, campgrounds, visitor facilities, concessionaire building, recreational facilities, historical and education exhibits, signage, sidewalks and paths; and building code and ADA compliance.
