Looking back on 2022, we are incredibly proud of Great West’s accomplishments. Major milestones have been hit such as breaking ground on a water project that will deliver clean drinking water to seven communities, hiring employee number 100, and generating over $65,000 in charitable donations for #greatwestgives.
With every woohoo moment, our purpose of providing a better quality of life by improving the world in which we work and live and creating a sense of community for our staff is reinforced. Each year Great West works with PSMJ Resources to analyze firm health, stability, and employee morale. Based on this analysis, we are proud to be recognized as an Employer of Choice for the fourth consecutive year and to be announced as a Circle of Excellence winner again in 2022. These awards reinforce our purpose is being achieved and all the effort is worth it.

At Great West, we know our employees make us who we are. To win PSMJ’s A/E/C Employer of Choice® for the fourth consecutive year is incredibly humbling. The award is based on an extensive employee survey that digs deep into employees’ fundamental sense of how they contribute and connect with colleagues, leaders, projects, clients, and missions. The data-driven award looks beyond simple employee satisfaction scores to measure and recognize the most significant metric that proves firms have truly satisfied employees, their level of engagement.
PSMJ Circle of Excellence
This award provides an overall snapshot of firm health. The Circle of Excellence highlights successfully managed firms that demonstrate outstanding achievements. The award represents the top 20 percent of participants in PSMJ’s annual A/E Financial Performance Benchmark Survey.
